20 second fitness

I received this and started it four separate times and never made it past the fourth day. It seemed like something always came up and I stopped working out. Well I am here to tell you that starting on Monday I will be having weekly weigh ins and posts about 20 second fitness as I am going full bore into it on Monday with no excuses or exceptions.

    This time you will do it and stay consistent. You know why? Becasue you are going to commit that you won’t brush your teeth at night until you do 4 minutes of 20 Second Fitness. What is the point of trying to keep your teeth and mouth healthy if you can’t find 4 minutes for your entire body!

    So repeat after me. “I will make 4 minutes a day of 20 Second Fitness a habit like brushing my teeth and if I don’t exercise I won’t brush my teeth at night. ”

    All it takes is a few nights of going to bed with grimy teeth to make you consistent!

    Hmmm, good luck. I’m not big on sticking to this stuff either. I so need to tone up my old lady flaps on my arms. Lol. It’s been a while since you posted this. I hope it’s going well.

    I have been having a hard time getting back into a routine this summer, as well. I would like to be walking outside, but it has been too hot!
