See Kai Run Shoe Giveaway

Ok i admit it i am a shoe junky, last year our infant daughter had 35 pairs of shoes, half of which she did not wear. So this year i said i would not be buying her that many this year but just a select few cute ones. Then i found See Kai Run, now all bets are off on how many pairs i will actually buy her.
See Kai Run is a company born of necessity, the necessity to have comfortable shoes with flexible soles. Baby shoes are cute but not always the most comfortable in the world. That is not the case with the See Kai Run shoes, they are both functional and adorable. Another thing I really love about See Kai Run is since their start in 2004, See Kai Run has donated thousands of pairs of shoes to international, national and local charities.
I was really excited that i got to do this review and giveaway, until they told me i had to pick a pair of shoes. You go to See Kai Run and pick out just ONE pair it is not at all easy. We finally picked the Isbella ones, and the only way we were able to come to that conclusion is they match Maddisyns easter outfit perfect so now i don’t have to find shoes for easter.
They have so many adorable styles in both the smaller and See Kai Run line for little girls, but what i really really love is that they have equally adorable styles for little boys and lets face it, it is not always easy to find cute boy shoes that will match many outfits. See Kai Run meets the needs of parents of boys and i wish they had been around when my two boys were babies, although i get another chance as i am due to have a new baby boy anytime now.
I love these shoes from their smaller line for a girl, they are so adorable.
Of course i can’t forget my soon to be son who i plan on buying a pair of these Jake shoes for from See Kai Run because they are just too cute to pass up.
It was hard to pick just two pairs of shoes to show off in the smaller line so go visit See Kai Run to see the whole spring line.
Then we move onto the See Kai Run line, which is just as adorable as the smaller line.
These are the shoes i was able to try out with my daughter, they are called Isabella.

if you have a little boy i think these shoes are great too and would be so comfortable and easily dressed up or down.
Buy It: If you know a little one who needs some cute shoes then head over to See Kai Run and check out their lines of shoes, I bet you will find the perfect one for your little one’s personality.
Win It: See Kai Run has graciously offered to give one of my readers their choice of a pair of shoes from their Smaller or See Kai Run shoe lines. To enter for your chance to win the pair of your choice, go check out the shoes at See Kai Run. Come back and tell me what pair you would choose if you won. If you do not do this then all other entries will be deleted, answers like pick me, or enter me will be deleted automatically.

Frecklebox is an awesome company that does personalized items for your children. They have journals, posters, placemats, growth charts, puzzles etc. But my absolute favorite thing from them is the personalized books.
I contacted Frecklebox to inquire on doing a review/giveaway of their product and they graciously allowed me to pick out not just one item but one item for EACH of my kids. Lee and i were so excited but then came the hard part, deciding what to get them. Finally after much thought we went with the Placemats for the boys and a Book for Maddisyn.

The boys were so excited to see their name on the placemats and use them nightly and Maddisyn loves to sit and read her book with me, we got her the hardcovered personalized Guess Who’s Gonna Be a Big Sister book. I am so impressed with the product and what child wouldn’t love to see their name in a book THANK YOU Frecklebox.
I would strongly suggest if you have a child or work with children these products from Frecklebox are for you.
Frecklebox was created by two men named Mark and Scott, they are parents themselves and as the site states “these guys take the job of expanding their children’s minds very seriously”. The products are perfect and will last for a long time and the shipping was very quick even though it had to go to Michigan. The shipping costs are very reasonable even when the item is being sent all the way to Canada.
Frecklebox has agreed to do a giveaway with my blog one of my lucky readers will be able to go and pick ANY one product they would like off the site.
Non-bloggers can win too, just make sure you leave your email address in EACH of your posts so that i can contact you if you win.

So i have decided i need to get some energy and do something so we are going to take the kids swimming tonight, i feel bad for the people who have to look at my fat butt in a bathing suit but i think it might help my body feel better or at least this is what i hope. Maddisyn tried on her little bikini to make sure it fits and does she ever look cute, although she passed out after she had it on so is now sleeping on my couch in her bikini and a housecoat lol but she looks so cute i just had to take a picture.

Send me your labor dust
I will be 38 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I am so ready to be done. Some of you know i have Symphsis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD), some are wondering what the heck I am talking about. The symphysis pubis, or pubic bone, consists of two separate bones that form an arch and are connected in the middle by cartilage. It is located at the bottom of the abdomen, above the vagina. Sometimes during pregnancy the cartilage holding the two halves of the pubic bone together is torn. This is very painful and makes walking difficult. Unfortunately, a separated symphysis, as this is called, is difficult to treat; unlike a broken arm or leg, it cannot be put in a cast. Bedrest is the only treatment, although special girdles can help stabilize the entire pelvis and decrease discomfort.
It can take anywhere from several weeks to a few months for a separated symphysis to heal. The recurrence with subsequent pregnancies is fairly high. Cesarean sections do not prevent a separated symphysis, as the separation occurs long before labor even starts.
I developed this at about 20 weeks pregnant it started to bother me, by Jan 4th i had to take my maternity leave from work because i could no longer do my job as it had me on my feet for 6 hours or more a day.
Now it has gotten so bad that i can barely walk, my husband has to help me off the couch, i have to use my hands to lift my legs into bed and everytime in the night i roll over i wake up so i have not slept fit and comfortablly in over a month. The worst part of it all is that I cannot get down on the floor and play with my 19 month old daughter even because it hurts too much to get down and up.
We have our induction date for this baby set for March 31st although i would love to go into labor on my own before then, hence my begging for labor dust

Nature's Baby Organics Giveaway – ENDED

“Gentle Enough for Baby…Rich Enough for Adults”
Baby skin is sensitive and not just any product will work on my precious baby’s skin. That is why I use Nature’s Baby Organics on my daughters sensitive skin.
Natures Baby Organics is an all natural product that was developed by a mom who when her 1 year old daughter broke out in a mysterious rash did a ton of research on the checmicals in our baby’s skincare products and decided to develop her own product. In her two year development and testing process Adena, the cr
eate of Nature’s Baby Organics, gave birth to her second daughter who suffered from severe Eczema so she was faced with another challenge. From the essential
oils to the cleaning agents, every ingredient would be from nature’s laboratory-safe, pure, and 100 percent derived from nature. Thus, Nature’s Baby was born.
Not being able to find organic products for my baby’s is very frustrating to me, but then i found Nature’s Baby Organics and these products are paraban free, synthetic fragarance free, propylene Glycol free, Phthalate free and made with 70 to 95% certified organic ingredients. They are also cruelty free.
One thing that is really important to me and draws me to their product almost as much as how well it smells and how good it is for my baby is the fact that a percentage of our purchases will go to support the fight against breast cancer, having my mother as a three year survivor that is so important to me.
We were lucky enough to test out some of Nature’s Baby Organics products, so we picked the conditioner/detangler because my daughters hair is always terrible to comb out after a bath. We also picked the bubble bath because lets face it, it is hard to find a bubble bath that really bubbles and does not fizzle away ten minutes later, the bubble bath is awesome and it lasted well after my daughter got out of the bath and we did not have to use a lot. I was also lucky enough to win a gift basket from a different mommy’s blog and i am so in love with all these products.
From shampoo, bodywash, conditioner, organic diaper creams, baby oil, dusting powders, bubble bath and even a chest rub they have all the products you could ever need for your baby. You really need to go to Nature’s Baby Organics and check out all the products for yourself.
One of my lucky readers is going to get the chance to checkout the product for themselves. Natures Baby Organics has graciously offered to allow me to do a giveaway on my blog, the lucky winner will get to choose any two products they would like to try, excluding the gift sets.
Non-bloggers can win too, just make sure you leave your email address in EACH of your posts so that i can contact you if you win.
To Enter: Simply visit Natures Baby Organics, and tell me what two products you would choose if you won. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE ANY EXTRA ENTRIES COUNT.

Bummas Giveaway

The only thing is that we could never find a wipe that worked well for us and was soft on my daughters bottom, so although we used cloth diapers we found ourselves still buying store bought wipes, kinda defeats part of my purpose i know but we needed something to clean her tender little bum at diaper changes.
Then I found Bummas I emailed them to ask if I could test their product and do a review on my blog and they graciously agreed and told me to choose what set of wipes i wanted and they would send them to me right away.
There are four color sets from Bummas to choose from, I picked The Wild Ones and i absolutely love the colors of the wipes and feel they express me perfectly, I know I know seems a little weird to match my wipes to my personality but those who know me know i would never claim to be normal haha.
Bummas also offers three other colors, The Girls, The Boys and The Calm Ones, you can visit Bummas to check out the three other color choices and order them. Bummas come in a 10 pack set of 100% cotton – woven velour Terry Cloth and are 5″ x 7″ in size
Bummas can be used as a wipe, as a wash cloth, it is soft enough for my little ones nose, it can be used to stop a baby boy from peeing on you (which we know they are known to do at least once in their diaper lifetime). They can also be used to dry babys bottom off between the wipe and the diaper to help prevent diaper rash.
Bummas won’t fade, pill or shrink which is always my fear when buying anything cloth that they will shrink and be ruined. They are durable and can be just thrown in the washer like your cloth diaper and then reused when dry. My favorite though is they are durable and will last until my little ones are well out of diapers.
BUY IT – In honor of the 1st day of Spring and Mother Nature, Bummas is offering free shipping & handling to the USA and Canada from today through Monday March 23.
WIN IT - Bummas has graciously offered to give one of my readers their very own set of Bummas wipes to try out on their own baby.
Non-bloggers can win too, just make sure you leave your email address in EACH of your posts so that i can contact you if you win.
TO ENTER: Visit Bummas and tell me what color you would choose if you won. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE ANY EXTRA ENTRIES COUNT.

Sorry i am slow today the winner of the Miracle Blanket giveaway was post #11 Renee Z. I have emailed her and she has 48 hours to respond.
Renee Zsaid…
Jess I am following your blog and would LOVE to be the lucky winner of a Miracle Blanket in ANY BOY color. I really like the Sky Blue solid and the green with blue trim. This is my last baby and this product is new to me. I would definatelyl love to try it as I swaddled in a normal receiving blanket last time. Thanks for your consideration.
————————————————————————————————
Who needs a swaddling blanket, i never used one with my older two kids and i won’t use one this time. Never were more untrue words spoken then when i said this with my daughter Maddisyn who is now 18 months old.
We spent two very long weeks not sleeping, with a lot of crying and yes she cried some too. Then I went to some friends on a birth board i belonged to and asked them what i could do to save my sanity and that is where we learned about the Miracle Blanket. I was very skeptical that it would really work, but lets be honest after two weeks of not sleeping i was willing to try anything. So i ordered one, then had to wait the few grueling days for it to came in, thankfully they ship so quickly the wait was not that long.
We ordered the pink one i got it and washed it immediatly so we could use it that night. As usual with the last cpl of weeks as soon as it was bedtime she started to cry and nothing would make her happy, so we got out the instructions and wrapped her up in her Miracle Blanket, and then SILENCE, sweet sweet silence. Wow it worked it really worked, she was wrapped she settled down and two minutes later she was sleeping and slept the whole night long. I only had one Miracle Blanket with Maddisyn so when it had to be washed we made sure to do it first thing in the morning so it was fresh and ready for bedtime again.
Miracle blankets come in a wide variety of colors, here is a sampling of a few of the colors but there are others available with different color trims etc you really need to go to the Miracle Blanket website to check them all out for yourself.
As some of you know i am pregnant and due to have my baby in a couple of weeks and one of the first things i bought for the baby this time around was a Miracle Blanket, two to be exact and then i was gifted one from my parents who knew how important it was for me to have one this time around. One of the ones i have is already packed in my hospital bag and ready to go with me when i go to have my little man.
These are the three blankets that i have, the Camo one also comes in pink and is too cute.
Miracle blanket boasts to stop colic guarenteed and has been proven time and time again to be correct. They also offer an 100% satisfaction guarentee for the blanket. The fact that the Miracle Blanket does not require any knots, velcro, buttons, snaps, zippers or any other kind of closure is also great for quick diaper changes or fixing blankets on sleeping babies without waking them. You can read so much more about the Miracle Blanket simply by visiting the website and browsing around.
BUY ONE
Miracle Blanket currently has a few specials going on that are definetly more incentive to order. Here they are:
*Buy two blankets and you will get a free Maternal Whispers CD -valid in the month of March
* Get 10% off any single blanket – not to be combined with any other offer
