Kids N Caboodles Review
Kids ‘N’ Caboodle’s founder is a former elementary and nursery school teacher. She owned a successful children’s retail store for over 22 years. While a merchandise buyer for the store, she enjoyed finding unique, adorable, and affordable baby gifts for her customers to select.
We recieved a pair of softsoul personalized handcrafted leather baby shoes in Black with Holdens name embroidered in Red. They are Soft, high quality leather, hand cut, sewn and embroidered, soft sole baby shoes. You choose ankle color, shoe color, font, font color, size and child’s name. Created by leather-craft artists from Canada who have worked with the finest leathers for over 20 years. The soles are made with textured suede to make them skid resistant.
Holden wears these all the time, in the house and out, he loves wearing them and instead of crying when we put on normal shoes he starts kicking his feet or jumping, that to me gives them the seal of approval at our house. We recieve so many comments and questions about the shoes everywhere we go, asking where we got them and such, and thats before people even see that they are personalized, then they for sure want to know where they can get a pair for their child, niece, nephew grandchild and anyone else they might have on thier list. We are constantly sending people to kidsncaboodle.com and at $35.99 for a pair of leather handcrafted personalized shoes that are that comfortable we have no problems doing so, and that price even includes shipping! How could you go wrong?
Kids ‘N’ Caboodle has more than just the softsoul shoes too, they have, CROCHET KISSES – Handmade shoes that kiss litle feet. Design Your Own Crocheted Baby Shoes as well as BOUGES – Personalized, handcrafted, soft-leather baby shoes. For Children on the MOVE and for you to CHOOSE.

Finally Fits and i am still not liking it

I have not been able to wear my wedding bands since I got pregnant with Holden, I swelled up in my first trimester and that was it. I did not complain though because I am not really in love with my wedding band. I have told Lee time and time again that I would like a new set of bands for our anniversary but we have been married 7 years this coming June and I still have the same bands, some year perhaps but most likely not this year since we just bought the house and it is sucking up money, more to come on that in another rant though.
In looking around I have found so many ring styles and some are gorgeous but none really suite me or show my true personaliaty. I like something with some design to it and not too thin, but then again not too chunky, I am only slightly picky haha poor Lee I think this is why we have wedding rings I don’t love in the first place I simply could not decide and then I was forced into the decision and chose one too wide.
I did find one site that had rings I really loved the look of. They have a tungsten carbide wedding ring which is supposed to be great material to buy a ring made of and they even have some really gorgeous Celtic design ones which works well for me. I even love that they are resonably priced *Lee hint hint* and something we can afford even in the midst of all our renovations, for me it is not the cost it is the meaning behind the piece.
Zuvo Water Review
I’ve covered ways to reduce waste with reusable water bottles and how to reduce your environmental impact by drinking tap water, no heres a way to add to that. Dont like the taste of your tap water? Zuvo™ Water LLC is a global innovator of chemical-free water products. Zuvo’s product portfolio is based on a patented technology platform that reproduces the photo-oxidation process that naturally occurs in the environment. Zuvo practices sustainable design to keep products in use longer, thereby reducing their impact on the environment and keeping them out of an already crowded waste stream. Their goal is to innovate with the environment in mind, using materials and methods that minimize the use of energy, optimize recycling, and reduce the cost of transportation. Zuvo is on a quest to reduce the impact of plastic water bottles on the planet and hopes to provide healthy water for the world by donating 5% of production to needy communities everywhere. How does it work?
Step 1: Ozonation
In nature, ozone is generated by lightning and cleans the air where rainwater forms. The Zuvo Water Purator mixes ozone with incoming tap water to treat taste and odor contaminants and improve taste. Like chlorine, ozone is a powerful oxidizer. Unlike chlorine, ozone leaves no chemical residue.
Step 2: Ultraviolet Light
The ozone saturated water is flooded with high-intensity UV light – the same as the solar energy that cleans water in the upper atmosphere.
Step 3: Photo-oxidation
The Zuvo Water Purator combines UV and ozone in a patented process known as photo-oxidation which releases powerful oxidizers to further treat the water
Step 4: filtration with lead removal
Pure spring water is created by passing through fine particles in the earth. Zuvo uses the same principle by passing water through a Class 1 Particulate Reduction Filter, reducing chlorine taste and odor, lead, and tiny particulates.
Step 5: post-filtration UV
The filtered water is again exposed to high-intensity UV light as it leaves the Zuvo Water Purator, ensuring that you get clean, healthy, great tasting water…just the way nature intended!
To simplify it,
There is to applications available, Above the counter and Under Counter depending on what you prefer. Zuvo sent us the under counter kit with a butler faucet (seperate tap that supplies the water above the counter) this was a very simple installation process and came with everything you could possibly need to get it up and running. However if you have no plumbing experience whatsoever you might want to consult someone who does and if you dont have a power outlet within a few feet of your sink you may require an electrician
We had a slight mishap within a couple days of installing the Zuvo and the UV light quit working in it, now normally Zuvo says the light is good for 7-10 years so we were concerned. We contacted Zuvo and were told they’ve never had to replace one and they even asked to get this unit back so they could inspect it and see what went wrong with it. They sent our replacement unit out right away. Zuvo sent us a whole new unit to simply change the one we had. Lee had it changed in about 10 minutes and that includes cleaning out under the sink and putting everything back again. To change it all he did was simply take the unit off the mount under teh counter, turn off the water supply, unhook the quick connectors on teh blue and yellow hoses and unplug the unit then did the reverse to put the new one in. there was a tiny bit of water that leaked out of the hose but no big deal at all.
Our Zuvo has been up and running since the replacement about 5 days ago and i’m proud to say it’s working like a charm still. Thanks Zuvo!

Thank you the Zuvo for this great product to review.
