Can someone pick me up

Today has been a day of meltdowns and I really just need someone to shake me and tell me tomorrow will be better. Maddisyn keeps freaking out because I put her favorite blanket in the washer and the meltdown went on for nearly an hour. Then she had a meltdown because my husband went to the store and did not take her. anybody want a 2 year old prone to tantrums?

I have a two year old boy. He’s the same.
At least your not being asked for the car keys and then getting a call she got a 200 dollar traffic ticket. lol

It all looked normal when you saw her asleep last night, didn’t it? They just test limits and don’t know how to handle anger. My 15 year old grandson is the same. Hope that helps. It doesn’t here. lololol

I will take your two year old and give you one or two teenage sons in exchange. Then you can see what a teenage meltdown is like! Keep hanging in there. I would love to be able to say it gets better, but… Just grab hold of the good days and remember them!

(We are raising our third Guide Dog puppy and if you want to see an embarrassing meltdown, take a puppy into a crowded store and watch her go nuts. Nothing like getting attention! It’s much worse than a youngsters meltdown!)

  5. I’m sorry I wasn’t here yesterday to comment. I’m at least a day behind in email and blog reading. I hope today was a better day for you and tomorrow and even better one for both of you! It’s been a long time since I’ve dealt with two year old tantrums as I’m now dealing with almost 90 year old tantrums. I bit my tongue alot. hee-hee. It’s either laugh or cry. Tonight I’ll laugh but I can’t promise you what I’ll do tomorrow.

Sweet dreams. I hope you already fast asleep and are well rested for tomorrow.
    Hugs…Tracy 🙂

Oh hun I know how that is.I have kids ages 3,7,8,9 and 10 so the meltdowns never stop.I just try to get a few minutes of me time every night after they are all tucked in to unwind and get ready for the next day.A hot bubble bath and a good book works wonders.

I can’t promise it will get better. We both have older kids so we know it isn’t true. Gia’s been like this alot lately. It’s just one day at a time. I am sure tomorrow will be better. One day you can’t get enough of them and the next you swear they are trying to put you in the nut house 😉
