I have a deep love for The Body Shop and a super sadness since the only one close to me is four hours away.  We used to have one in my local mall but it left and it left me feeling sad with chapped hands and none of my favorite perfumes.  Then I got the chance to work with them during my mothers day event because what mother doesn’t need some stuff to pamper herself.

The bath and shower gel is amazing.  I simply added some to my running bath and swirled it around, then I got in and I loved it, I did not come out feeling oily instead I came out feeling soft and smooth and moisturized but best of all I came out feeling clean.

Best if you want to: Wash your cares aways with a versatile oil that can be used as a cleanser in the shower or added to the bath to leave skin feeling cleansed, soft and subtly scented with a sensual, luxurious fragrance. With argan oil from Morocco to care for the skin.

I am not one for using moisturizers on my skin, generally they leave me feeling oily, sticky and worst of all I usually break out in a nasty red rash on my hands because of my sensitive skin so I was hesitant to try this out but it was for the good of this review so I went ahead and tested the body puree.  I am happy to report the I did not get a rash which was a big relief (this is my personal experience you cannot hold it against me if you react to this).  I also liked how soft this left me feeling and it is only lightly scented so I did not feel like everyone had to smell me but I could share my scent with my friends if I wanted them to smell me haha.

Mothers Day – Swimsuits for All Giveaway

Mothers Day – iGo Anywhere Charger Giveaway

I have an iPhone and Lee has a Blackberry, while we both love our phones and both use them for work we both find that they die FAST.  My phone has to be charged every night or else it is dead and useless to me the next day and I am lost without my phone.  I do admit that sometimes I forget to charge my phone or the cat unplugs the charger or weird things happen and my phone is not charged, these things generally happen when I am needing it the next day because I am going to be out of the house all day. Mothers Day – Pearl Paradise Bracelet Giveaway

Mothers Day – SwitchFlops Giveaway – ENDED

Mothers Day – Scentsy Giveaway (Canada Only) – ENDED

The directions to use Scentsy are very simply, Plug it in, Turn it on, Place one or more sections of the Scentsy warmer bar into the dish, Enjoy the fragrance.  If you decide you want to change the smell that is very easy.  You turn on the warmer and melt the wax or soften it up, then you can pour it back into the original container wipe it out with paper towel and put a new wax bar in.  I love the smell of all of them so I change our scents nearly everyday.

The smell of the bars we have received are very nice, they do not overpower you when you walk into a room but are noticeably there at the same time.  Scentsy has so many different scents that I really cannot get into each one but I can tell you that we received the Go-go-Goji, Mediterranean Sea and May Flower and I really like each one of those smells, I honestly wish we could do a scratch n sniff thing here so that you could smell them too.

Scentsy Warmers come in three different sizes.  There is the mid-sized Scentsy Warmer which Scentsy says is modestly sized and perfect for offices and compact spaces and measures 10 cm wide and 13 cm tall and uses a 20 watt light bulb.  The full-size Scentsy Warmer which is approximately 11 cm wide and 15 cm tall and it uses a 25 watt light bulb.  Last but not least there is the plug-in Scentsy Warmer which plugs directly into the wall and would be perfect if you have no room to put a normal sized one such as your bedroom or perhaps kitchen this one uses a 15 watt light bulb.  For fragrances Scentsy has over 80 of them so as I said before I am not going to name them all but I do encourage you to go and browse through the catalog and find your favorite ones you would like to try out.
