Crest Pro Health Post #2

Ok so I have been using the Crest Pro-Health complete rinse mouthwash for about three weeks now and here is my take on it.  I think it is fabulous.  My breath seems to be fresher longer even my husband is noticing this.  My teeth feel a lot cleaner then they used to be which is a very large plus in my books.

As you may remember I was unsure because I seem to gag on EVERYTHING haha but the Crest Pro-health Complete Rinse mouthwash has been very successfully used, with very little gagging at all.  I did a bit at first but I think I had myself psyched out that I was going to hate it and such so that def did not help but after I got over that initial hump things were perfect.

I love that it contains fluoride to help to prevent cavities but it does not contain alcohol so it does not burn my mouth and throat.  I have been using this regularly after brushing morning and night and sometimes after lunch if I have had garlic or something like that I will do a quick rinse without actually brushing.  It is very convenient and I love that I have found something that I can use, be comfortable with and be quick because with four kids if you aren’t quick it doesn’t happen most days for me.

The benefits of Crest Pro-Health along with the great price make it a sure to be always in my house product.

I like that this product does not contain alcohol. This is why I don’t like most mouthwashes.
