Dinnertime for Stressed Moms

I may not leave the house to work but that does not by any means say that I do not work.  As a mother I work all day long cleaning, entertaining, nursing, chauffeuring, cooking, and then on top of that I am a blogger so I write while not busy with the kids.  My days can sometimes be 18-20 hours long but I would not change a thing, well maybe except for cooking.  I am always interested in quick and easy things I can do for my family that is not unhealthy like fast food.
