My kids love to play with any toys that they can interact with, by interact with I mean pushing buttons says letters or numbers or something, or animals make noises etc. The Fisher-Price Little People Zoo Talkers provides my kids with the chance to play with a toy that they are able to interact quite a bit with. Holden loves to play with the gorilla and the lion and gets angry if someone else tries to take them from him haha but Maddisyn usually does not mind that leaves her with Zookeeper Zach and the polar bear which she loves.

The Little People Zoo Talkers Animal Sounds Zoo is a detailed, interactive playset featuring animal recognition technology that brings animals to life in a fun, unique way!

The Fisher-Price Little People Zoo Talkers just hit the stores in July 2011, is recommended for kids ages 1 1/2 to 5 years old and retails for $39.99. The Zoo Talkers is made up of 4 habitats Grasslands, North and South Poles, Jungle, Water with activities on both sides that allow both my kids to play peacefully without fighting (unless someone takes Holdens animals haha). To interact with this all they have to do is put one of the Little People Zoo Talkers onto one of the pegs and it recognizes the animal and responds with the name and sound that animal makes. It really is a fantastic way for your kids to learn their animal sounds.

Grasslands features pass-through cave and lion’s perch. Arctic features a perch with squeaking sound effects plus a winding water slide that exits into the Water region below – there, press the lily pad to get fun sound effects and watch the hippo’s mouth open and close. Jungle features swing, spinning treetop that clicks, teeter-totter with clicking sound as it moves and peek-a-boo door. Ticket area features button that activates fun phrases and musical “ditties” about each habitat!

Holden and Maddisyn give the Little People Zoo Talkers zoo two thumbs up for fun, interaction and durability (kids are rough on toys despite my attempts to make them not be).
