Just Jen Custom T-shirt Review

I don’t do much for clothing reviews for me on here for the simple fact that I have a very hard time finding clothing that I feel fits my nicely and looks good on my body and makes me want to show it off.  I really need to work on that but in the meantime I finally am going to share a company that does custom shirts with you that I did get for myself.

I was lucky enough to work with the wonder company Just Jen and review one of their shirts.  I went with a custom design and chose the words Mom and then had a nth put on so it shows as mom⁴ with the O replaced with a heart.  It is so adorable and the jewels are on the shirt very well.  When I first got it I will admit I was concerned that the jewels would come off with wear or wash and then it would look funny but I have had this shirt since April and have worn it many many times since then and of course washed it just as many and the jewels are still there and are not going anywhere.

Just Jen has many styles of women shirts which was the section I shopped from, do not be mistaken they have babies, girls, weddings, maternity, cheer leading and so many other sections of the store to shop in and you really must go and check them all out for yourself.  OK so back to the shirt selections there are 11 different styles to choose from including fitted, maternity, tank tops, short sleeve, long sleeve and of course the style I chose the Unisex plus size Tshirt.

I chose this style because I like to be safe when it comes to my clothing choices (darn babies as soon as I lose this belly I am going to get something much nicer and dare I say maybe even sexy).  I picked the black shirt and my red crystals show up quite nicely I think on it.  The shirt has held up very well during washing and I have not even really noticed any fading which is always a concern with any shirt especially a black one.  This is a straight cut t-shirt made out of 100% cotton  and made in the USA.  I went with the unisex because you get more room in the body of my shirt and I needed the fit for my boobs and belly.  The one thing with this shirt I must mention is that it is not pre-shrunken so you need to make sure you are careful of that, you do not want to end up with a shirt that is too small after the first washing, I was lucky enough mine did not really shrink a whole lot only in the collar which makes it a little uncomfortable to wear because I hate things that tight to my neck.  But it is not the end of the world I just gently stretch the collar out a bit and I can wear it.

Just Jen allows you to either create a custom t-shirt and design your own from the shirt style to color to the writing on the shirt, the gem color, the text style and even adding symbols, you are the designer and fully in charge of everything.  The shirt I designed would have cost $29.90.  If you do not want to design your own you can always go and browse for hours (I am not kidding) and find a design you love and order that one instead.  The options are endless and I can promise that I was not disappointed and I don’t think you will be either.
