Kinley is Coming: Sticky Bellies Review & Discount Code

One thing I do as a parent to help me document the kids growing is I take a picture of them on their every month “birthday”.  I love doing it for the first 12 months and then if the baby co-operates we try to do up to 24 months.

The problem I have had in the past is that I don’t like to do hand written signs because I am stubborn so then I end up trying to guess what month each picture is taken in.  Thanks to Sticky Bellies I don’t have to worry about it anymore.  They have the most adorable stickers that you simply stick to your child’s shirt and then pose them for the picture.  The Sticky Bellies are available in three different patterns Nifty Neutrals for if you aren’t finding out the gender of the baby, Oh Sew Handsome for boys and Oh Sew Adorable for girls.  The Nifty Neutrals are available for the first 12 months of your baby’s life.  The Oh Sew Handsome and Oh Sew Adorable can be bought in 1-12 month stickers and 13-24 month stickers.

The stickers are heavy duty and reusable so if you can’t get the perfect shot the first time no worries you can just take it off the shirt, put it back on the wax paper backing and try again another day.  It will become less sticky with each use as any normal sticker would but you should have more then enough sticks to get the perfect pictures.

If you like to document your pregnancy with pictures Sticky Bellies has you covered there too.  They have the cutest ones for expectant moms called Oh Sew Ready.  They allow you to document every passing month of your pregnancy from 12 weeks on and there is even one you can use for the day you are going to have your baby that says Ready or not here I come! I love this idea it is super cute.

Sticky Bellies can be purchased for $14.99 from the company website and for a limited time you can use the discount code JESS20 for 20% your order.  This code will expire May 19, 2012!

What a great idea these are. I saw a video last week that a man made of his daughter in which he took photos every week for 11 years (wowsers). It was so cool to see it in a time-lapse video the way he put it together. For my next little munchkin I’m going to use a product like this to document the month by month growth progress just like you do. I wish I’d have done something like that for my daughter – what a wonderful way to preserve the memories.
