Mooshu Trainers Review & Giveaway ENDED

Mooshu trainers story as told by President/Designer Debra Bishop: When my beautiful little girl was born in 2002, she unfortunately was blessed with my feet. I was very frustrated with the lack of shoes available for wide, thick feet, until I discovered a shoe made in China called the Squeaky Shoe. I could not believe I had never seen this shoe before.

Finally I had one shoe that fit correctly and helped with her stability and balance. The shoe also encouraged her to walk with the help of a two-way squeaker in the heel that only squeaked when she walked heel to toe. I soon figured out that it was very important that children’s little feet have a soft, flexible shoe that will fit their feet without binding or rubbing against the skin.

In response to this need I created Mooshu Trainers in 2005. I wanted to design shoes that adhere to three core principles; width, thickness, and flexibility without compromising style. From Mary Janes, sandals, to tennis shoes there is a style that every child can enjoy for years to come.

We received a pair of the Mary Janes with the bow from Mooshu Trainers.  Maddisyn was excited about the shoes from the moment we opened the box, she was excited for three reasons first she loves shoes and loves to wear a million different pairs (I think I have created a monster).  Second they were pink and it appears at this point anyhow she loves to wear all things pink, although the bow Mary Janes do come in a wide range of colors such as Silver, White, White Patent, Hot Pink, Hot Pink Patent, Pink, Pink Patent, Black, Black Patent, Bronze, Chocolate.  Last but not least her inital love for them came because they had a bow and oh my does my daughter LOVEEEEEEEEEE her bows.
Then she tried them on, and oh my did my child run around like a wild banshee.  You see not only did it have her three favorite qualities to them but lo and behold they SQUEAK too.  Anything that makes noise can’t be bad in the mind of a two year old.  So now everytime she wears them she runs around hte house like a mad woman and drives the dog insane.
Now on to my opinion of the shoes.  I love them because they are pink and have bows on them.. ok seriously though i really do adore these shoes, even with the squeaker in.  I really like that I have the option of removing the squeaker if I feel she is being too loud or bothering those around us.  The bows are interchangable and you can buy new bows in packs of four so I can give her matching bows in both her shoes and her hair which is great.  The quality of the shoe is good and i am confident we will outgrow these shoes long before we come close to wearing them out.

Mooshu trainers also has high top running shoes, sneakers, loafers and low top shoes, all very adorable and all of which I would love to get for Maddisyn but I dont think I need to feed her shoe habit any futher at this point.

Go to Mooshu Trainers and look to see if they have a retail location near you to buy their shoes, if not then you can shop online at many different stores.  You can also buy their bows online from a few different stores.
