My bathroom needs a makeover

When we bought this house we knew we would be redoing both the bathrooms.  The upstairs bathroom was halfway done with a new toilet and sink put in, the sink had to be a pedestal style because there was no way I could fit a vanity I liked into my upstairs bathroom it was too small.  Now the downstairs has been left untouched, I am considering taking the bathtub out of my small upstairs bathroom, putting in a stand up corner shower and then putting a nice big bathtub in the downstairs bathroom.  But then that leaves me with the never ending decision of what tub style, tiles, toilet and of course vanity we will go with.  I think I have time before that decision since this is all going to cost quite a bit of money and ours is all tied into family vacations that must remain secret for now but I am excited about for the near future.  So keep watching and I will keep ranting about our bathroom ideas and our slow going renovations because we will be taking this one thing at a time I think.

My bathtub is so small and I have always wanted a big one! I hope you’ll share your decision process with us so I can live vicariously through you! LOL

I would LOVE to have a bigger tub. I’m 5’11 and my husband is 6’4…so our tub doesn’t get used.
