I love to eat Stove Top. Potatoes are good and all but I rarely have the time it takes to stand at the sink to peel and cut the potatoes then wait the 30 minutes or so for them to cook so I can mash them and prep them for my family. On top of the lack of time Holden hates the texture of potatoes so they are simply not good for our family dinner time. Not only do I love to serve Stove Top as a side dish and of course to stuff various meets such as steak and chicken with it but sometimes at night if i am feeling snacky i will whip up a box of stove top and eat that. If it does not all get eaten right away it will get finished the next day no problems.
Stove Top makes 8 flavors in the box, 3 flavors in the canisters and I am excited to discover that they now make them in quick cup single serving size that cook in 45 seconds in the microwave and comes in two yummy flavors.

I am glad to hear that I am not the ONLY person who likes having Stove Top as a snack!! The Cornbread flavor is my favorite and sometimes I like to throw some mushrooms in it just for some extra yumminess!!

I use them in Spinach balls that I keep frozen and heat up for appetizers. My recipe is similar to this http://busycooks.about.com/od/appetizerrecipe1/r/spinball.htm
I haven’t used Stovetop Stuffing Mix for a long time; kind of forgot about it. I do remember using it in a chicken recipe where you mixed the stuffing mix according to package directions, then put browned chicken (or pork chops) on top, cover with a sauce of some kind, and bake. It was really good, and I should dig that recipe out and make it again.
