Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

What You Need

1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs
1   onion, sliced
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup  water
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1   French bread baguette (US) (16 inch)
4 KRAFT Singles

Make It

COOK chicken and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 8 min., stirring occasionally.

ADD barbecue sauce, water and sugar; stir. Cover; cook on medium heat 7 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).

REMOVE chicken from skillet. Shred with fork or chop into small pieces. Return to skillet; stir to coat with sauce. Cut baguette into 4 pieces; cut each piece lengthwise in half. Fill with chicken mixture and Singles.

    Love it! I posted a similar idea today, only I used the crockpot and threw together my own barbeque sauce. I hate to have to watch food… but I love to use boneless skinless thighs like you did.

    What a great idea. I boil whole chickens and then use the meat in various recipes (crescents, stuffed shells, chicken salad, etc This will give me another way to use the cooked chicken
