First let me say I am not sure I have ever worked with a faster company in my entire life. I emailed regarding an opportunity I saw to work with Veeshee on April 5th at like 10 pm, she replied literally 8 minutes later, I emailed back and within about 10 minutes had my product picked out and let her know what I wanted. Today I got a ship notification from the place I send my parcels to and lo and behold it was for my bag from Veeshee. Holy quick batman she was able to personally embroider and mail my bag and have it arrive to me 2 days later. That in itself is totally amazing. Now let me tell you about the product I received.
First I browsed the Veeshee site for quite some time because choosing on whether I wanted a personalized tote bag, towel, briefcase, makeup bag or one of the other wonderful products on the site was a challenge. But I chose to go with the quilted laptop bag because I thought it would be perfect to carry around my iPad for now and my new computer which I already have my eye on and intend on buying in the next month or so. The choice on what I would personalize on it though was a lot easier.
So once I picked my bag then I got to go through the process of ordering my bag, I first had to choose whether I wanted black, pink, blue or yellow. I went with the pink bag of course because I love everything pink. Next I had to choose the color I wanted for my embroidery, this choice was not as easy as the bag color. Instead of choosing from only one bag I had to choose from 48 different colors for embroidery. I finally after lots of consulting with Lee and my friend Jen went with the neon green thread. Next I had to choose the font I wanted, the text size I wanted and of course put in what I wanted embroidered on it. Mine is the Brody D in the normal size font.
So as I said the shipping was super quick, I was very pleasantly surprised it was in already and that I could begin to use it. The parcel when I picked it up was in a standard shipping box, but when I opened that box I discovered instead of just being inside a plastic bag that my precious new laptop bag was actually inside a very pretty Veeshee branded gift box and then wrapped in tissue paper.
To be quite honest I was not sure what to expect when I received the bag, I guess I kind of expected a soft flimsy bag but instead I got a really sturdy and quite padded laptop bag that I know will protect my computer during our travels. To top it off it even has a neon green inside which is so bright I know I won’t have to worry about losing any of my things inside in dark corners. You can’t tell in the picture on the website but the cross threads on the bag that make it quilted are a shiny thread, absolutely girly and I couldn’t be more in love with a laptop bag if I tried.
The bag has a cross body shoulder strap for easy carrying if you are on the run or like me and have kids you absolutely need a free hand for but it also has a set of carrying handles for if your cross body is already contained with a purse, diaper bag or a child in a carrier. You can either have your name, website, nickname or whatever you choose on it or you could just have it monogrammed with your initials. If you don’t want anything on it at all you can knock $4.00 off the price and order just the bag itself but I think you would not be as happy as I am if you went that route. The quilted laptop bag is 13.25″ H x 11.75″ W and is priced very reasonably at $34.99.
