Wanchai Ferry Dinner Kits & 25 Visa Giftcard giveaway

Lee and I never get date nights.  At one point our marriage felt like it was failing and we said we would make it a point to do a date night once a month whether that was going to the movies, out for dinner, for a walk on our boardwalk or just hanging out in the backyard after the kids were in bed.  This continued for a few months and then just kind of stopped and now we are back to no date nights.  Trust me it is not for lack of wanting to but we have a serious lack of daycare so that makes a difference since they say you can’t add the kids ages up to make them old enough to be left home alone lol.

Thanks to My Blog Spark, Wanchai Ferry and Macaroni Grill we were able to have a semi date night right at home one night after all the kids went to bed.  We made up the Wanchai Ferry and Macaroni Grill meals we received, lit some candles and opened the bottle of wine Pepsi that I bought with our gift card and just sat and enjoyed each others company.  I will admit I was nervous about the food because I am so picky and not a lover of box meals but it was very delicious tasting.

Enjoy an Asian escape with Wanchai Ferry restaurant-inspired dishes by simply adding your own protein to delicious entrees like Cashew Chicken, Spicy Garlic Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Kung Pao Chicken. Or bring the romance of Italian cuisine to your kitchen with Macaroni Grill favorites such as Chicken Piccata and Angel Hair Pasta, Creamy Basil Parmesan Chicken & Pasta, Chicken Alfredo with Linguine, Garlic & Herb Chicken Penne, and Chicken Marsala with Linguine.

So stay in and go all out!® Make your meal an experience by perhaps adding some ambiance with candles and flowers.

On the first date with my husband (then boyfriend) we drove to his uncle’s house for him to pick up his guitar. While going around a sharp curve, his car hood flew off and over the trees. (He had been working on his car earlier and forgot to relatch the hood). And to thinkg I married him anyway!!

On my very first date I was a young teenager. My date was handsome, from a wealthy family. He took me to a Country Club dance. Unfortunately, he was very young too and went downstairs to play pool while I sat upstairs and watched everyone else dance.
